Description

Ngwa is a one-of-a-kind handmade cloth doll from The Lum Collection. She wears a bold red dress with black-and-yellow geometric pattern panels, an orange-gold lace waistband, and matching sleeve cuffs. Her hair: thick black twists piled high, a row of large round rainbow beads across the front crown, and side twists with mint, cream, purple, and lime yarn-wrapped tips. She goes barefoot, as small dolls do. Every doll is sewn, stuffed, and finished by hand in Texas — no two are exactly alike, and when Ngwa sells, she is gone.
